Students and staff at secondary schools across the respected Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) are celebrating yet again, impressive A Level and BTEC results this year.

The respected multi academy trust, which is based in Birmingham and also runs schools in North Warwickshire and Staffordshire, is a positive picture across its secondary schools with sixth form centres.

Arthur Terry School is extremely pleased to announce another year of brilliant A Level examination results. There have been a number of outstanding individual achievements, with 31 students gaining at least 2 A*-A grades from 3 A levels and 57 students gaining at least 1 A*-A grade.

The Coleshill School has seen a third of students gaining A*-B across all subjects, with 97% of students achieving A*-E. In vocational subjects, 71% of students got the top grades of a Distinction * or a Distinction with 96% gaining a Merit or above and a 100% pass rate. This comes at the end of a year when Ofsted confirmed the school as ‘good’ in March.

John Willmott School has secured yet another strong set of A Level results. The school have continued to build on last year’s success with more students than ever achieving the highest grades possible. An amazing 21% of results were at grades A* and A, 50% of results at grades A*-B and 73% of results at grades A*-C. These results show that the school continues to go from strength to strength, supporting students to achieve their very best outcomes.

Nether Stowe School is thoroughly proud to be celebrating an outstanding set of A Level results. The school has seen a significant increase in the percentage of entries graded at A and A*, up to 15% whilst almost 50% of all grades are A*, A or B, representing great attainment and great progress for pupils and an in-school increase from last year.

Neil Warner Director of Education (Secondary) for the ATLP, said:

Whilst this year is truly unprecedented in our education system, one overriding feature remains. These results represent the culmination of great dedication, hard work and perseverance from our young people. Results are not just the end product of a two or three hour examination, they represent years of preparedness and we congratulate every single one of our students.
