A vacancy for an Administration Assistant has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust.

The role involves supporting the administrative functions to enable the effective and efficient running of the school site and any matters relating to the school premises.  Other duties within the administration team will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, reception duties, preparing letters, using databases and other general office duties.

Salary:                  £18,887 – £20,852 full time equivalent (actual salary £16,885.03 – £18,641.75 per

annum)

Location:             The role will be based at Arthur Terry School, Kittoe Road, Sutton Coldfield B74 4RZ

Hours:                  37 hours per week, term time only, plus one week to be worked in school holidays (start time 8.30am daily)
