ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

37 hours per week, term time only

Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Leave (9 Months)

To prepare for the smooth transition of maternity leave and maintain a hands-on level of support within our Multi Academy Trust, we are looking to recruit a fixed term, full time ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to cover a 43-week Maternity Leave period.

The role involves supporting the Senior Office Manager as well as our pro-active administration team in providing a high-level administrative function to students, staff and parents.

Salary:                 Points 3 – 8, £18,887 – £20,852 pa FTE (actual salary £16,462 – £18,175 pa)

Location:            John Willmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7DY

Hours:                 37 hours per week, term time only, fixed term to cover Maternity Leave (9 Months)

Start Date:          5th September 2022 (Or as soon as reasonably possible, start date can be negotiable)
