Full Time (37 hours per week) term time only, plus one week school holiday support

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the Office Manager and the administration team in providing a high level administrative function to students, staff and parents.

Duties include arranging meetings, taking minutes, reception duties, preparing letters, using data bases, data analysis and other general office duties.  You will be highly organised with superb interpersonal skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as accurate data entry and word processing, and proficiency in the use of email, powerpoint, etc.  MS Excel skills and experience of the school Bromcom system will be a distinct advantage.  The role will also provide high quality administrative support to the school SENCO and the Learning Support Team.

Hours of work will be 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 3.30pm on Friday but can be negotiated.
