Join the Teaching School Hubs Council Central Team
In February 2021 the Department for Education (DfE) designated 81 Teaching Schools Hubs (TSHs) to join the 6 Test and Learn hubs and form a national network of 87 school-led centres of excellence for teacher and leadership training and development. TSHs are poised and ready to formally launch in September, playing a significant role delivering the Early Career Framework, reformed National Professional Qualifications, Initial Teacher Training, Appropriate Body services and curating other high-quality evidence-informed continuing professional development.
A new central team was added to the Teaching Schools Council (TSC) in January 2021 to support the setup of the TSH network. Following the success of the TSC TSH Support Programme during the setup phase, we are growing the central team to deliver the two functions of the newly formed Teaching School Hubs Council (TSHC) during the initial TSH designation period.
