Full Time, all year round, permanent

Required for September 2022

Due to growth and expansion of the Operations and Estates team, we have the following vacancy for a Site Manager.

Location:            West Coventry Academy – Nutbrook Ave, Coventry CV4 9PW

Hours:                 37 hours per week all year round

                             Shift is 7.30-3.30pm Mon -Thurs and 7.30-3.00pm on Friday

Start Date:         Required for September 2022 at the latest

Salary:                £21,269 – £27,514 (NJC points 9-22)

What you will need to succeed

  • The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times, using Every system for logging, and managing of jobs and for statutory recording.
  • Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn as training will be given.
  • Experience of undertaking basic maintenance.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role
