Supply Teachers

Required for September 2022

At this stage of our growth, we are seeking to create a pool of supply staff to work across our family of schools. We want to have our own fully trained team who know our schools and children. You will have training on safeguarding, behaviour polices and the ATLP curriculum so you have the necessary tools and skills to be able to cover classes in our schools.

We are seeking to appoint Supply Teachers for primary and secondary phases.

We are particularly interested in applications from those who can teach Maths, English, Science, Technology and Modern Foreign Languages.

As an employee of the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership, you will have access to and opportunity to apply for long term cover roles e.g maternity leave.

You can choose what geographical location you wish to work in, our schools are in Curdworth, Coleshill, Erdington, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, and West Coventry.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be adept at securing a safe, learning-oriented atmosphere;
  • Be confident in delivering set lessons (in the case of the teaching role);
  • Be proactive and pragmatic in handling any immediate problems or emergencies.
