The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) Partner Programme will host its fourth business networking event this month – and your business can be part of the excitement.

The get-together of West Midlands-based businesses will take place at the ATLP’s brand-new Dunstall Park Primary School in Tamworth on Thursday, January 30 between 6-8pm.

This Burns Night-themed event welcomes parents and alumni from the ATLP’s 24 schools who are business owners or key decision-makers within their companies. Guests will enjoy a fantastic meal and music based to mark this traditional celebration of the Scottish poet and lyricist.

The ATLP catering team serve up fantastic food at the networking events.

Launched in spring 2024, the Partner Programme connects local businesses – fostering collaboration, sharing opportunities and generating much-needed revenue to support the educational community.

ATLP Fundraising Manager Brian Davies said: “Seventeen businesses are registered and we aim to expand this network to around 30 by the end of the current school year to create greater impact and engagement.

“The Partner Programme has enjoyed a great start, including a highly successful Networking Breakfast called ‘AI Acceleration and Futures Readiness’ at Millennium Point in Birmingham in November.”

Membership of the Partner Programme provides opportunities to build meaningful connections, share expertise and support ATLP schools through events, partnerships and fundraising initiatives.

Events planned for 2025 include a business lunch, golf day and ‘Business Olympics’, from which all funds raised will enhance the quality and breadth of provision across the ATLP’s schools in north Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Tamworth, Coleshill and Coventry.

Membership costs £1,000 per year and is open to parents, alumni and local businesses within the aforementioned ATLP catchment areas.

Businesses are welcome to attend a networking event free of charge as a taster session. Please email Brian Davies at brian@bdconsultancyltd.co.uk for more information. Visit ATLP Partner Programme – The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership for further details.
